• Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Tags and packaging must be included

• Proof of purchase is required

• Final sale items

• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage

• Items lacking original tags or packaging


How to start a return

Email contact@inkyclothing.com with your order number and which item you want to return. Our team replies with simple instructions and the return address. Customers cover return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected. If approved, the amount is sent back to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.


Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, the fastest option is to place a new order and return the original item following normal return steps.


Damaged or incorrect items

If a package arrives with a damaged or wrong item, email us within 7 days with photos. We resolve issues quickly and send a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
